Refund policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns of unused items with original tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns beyond this period. Items returned without tags, that show signs of use, or that are outside the return window will be sent back to you at your expense.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must coordinate returns with their local courier. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels in transit. Please ensure you keep proof of postage and a tracking number.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges at this time. 

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
